You won'y go away hungry! Service friendly and fast. Great variety of bread served first and Huge portions. Blueberry Cheesecake was a treat to end this wonderful meal!
I've been coming to Vazzy's since I was little girl. It's always been a gathering place for family, phenomenal food and incomparable value. Pauline is the absolute best bartender. She always makes everyone feel welcome. Hospitality is the industry and the staff at Vazzy's understands the assignment. I look forward to visiting every week to get my Seafood sautée fix and say hi to the fam.
Dinner last night was delicious and all were very pleased with the entree choice they made. Our server Patrick was super friendly, attentive and very knowledgeable about the menu. Our food came out in a timely manner and plentiful. Everyone left with full bellies and food to take home. We will DEFINITELY be back again!
We came for happy hour and had a great time. I'd heard of this place for years but this was my first time there. I love the atmosphere of the bar, the wood everywhere and the glass wall. It has that "friendly neighborhood place" energy. The waitress was kind and helpful. Our drinks came very quickly (very well made), the food took a little longer - as food does. When it did come, it was really delicious! I had garlic bread with mozzarella and peppers and it was perfect. I tasted some of my sisters pasta and it was even better. I'll be having the carbonara again next time!
Wowwww. Absolutely the BEST. If you get the chance to speak to Johnny (the owner) you're in for a treat. Our waitress Sarah was amazing. Food was as good as we've had in CT. 5 stars all around.
The Original Vazzy's catered our wedding, and to say that they were spectacular would be an understatement. They were incredible. The food was amazing, the staff was professional and very nice, and they were right on point having everything out in a timely manner. I very highly recommend The Original Vazzy's for any event that you need catered! The restaurant is fantastic as well!
Vazzy’s catered our dinner for our backyard Wedding in Oxford last year in August. The food was plentiful and delicious and the process from ordering to delivering was seamless. The employees were prompt courtesy helpful and professional. Prices were so reasonable. Thank you Vazzy’s for catering our Wedding! I recommend this guys with 5 stars.
Held my wife’s 60th surprise birthday party at VAZZY’S and could not be happier with how it all went. Food is always excellent, service was top notch, and the large private room was beautiful and fit our party of over 40 guests comfortably. Again the staff/servers were top notch and wonderful to work with. My only negative point would be the woman who handles the booking of the party. She was nice but seemed quick to get you off the phone and every time she called and leave a message she never gave her name. Other then that would definitely book a party again at the Original VAZZY’S.
Super cocktail menu, they should do martini flights, they all sounded so good. Opted for the caramel martini and the steak gorgonzola wedge with onion rings!
I had the original Vazzys cater my wedding in Fairfield Connecticut. The food was great and the staff was amazing too. When I booked with this restaurant I had the pleasure of dealing with Kristine Dwyer. She made this whole experience a breeze. Food and service was excellent overall. Definitely happy with my experience here. Thank you :)
